How to make 3D assets consistently appear using object tracking

When object tracking, how can we make the 3D asset(s) consistently appear in both size and angle? See the attached photos.

Is this a known issue?

It's not very clear from the images, but is the issue that for the same real object (statue) and the same augmentation, you get a different scale and rotation in Unity?

Is it possible that the augmentation transform was changed in Unity between the two scans?
