Hello Albert,
Most likely the problem is that the video you are trying to upload cannot be converted into an Object Collection. We are aware that the feedback that users are receiving if the creation of the object collection fails is not sufficient enough and we are working on providing more information here.
In the meantime, you can refer to this article to see "Best Practice: How to record a video for Object Target" and you can also send over you video so that I can have a look at it.

after create target turn up notification the map creation failed
