i have uploaded my videos to my server (backend) when i want to play them they do not appear neither in android nor ios (funny it works for some videos but not all) , if these videos are placed in the assets folder it works fine 

 

any suggestions 

 

note that some videos as well run on android but not ios

 - Which SDK product are you using and

 - The links of the videos

the links to the videos are located on a local host  i cannot provide you with the links.

and iam building my app using ionic so i do not know regarding the sdks 

 

for example the surfer video runs in android but not on my ipad
