Publish Tool - Promotion icon and logo are not updated

Hi,

 

I am trying to update the logo and the icon for my world but I can not succeed. This was a problem 5 months ago and still it is now.

After uploading a 512x512 png image as worldIcon, the logo (96x96) and the icon (32x32) are set correctly and stored correctly, all automatically.

When trying to upload a new 512x512 png image as a world icon, it seems that logo and icon views are updated correctly but they are not stored at all.

If you close the world and reopen it again, you see the new worldIcon (512x512) whereas the logo and the icon remain the old ones. 

This happens in the "Publish Tool" but affects also the Android Wikitude.

This is not due to caching or buffering because it occured some months ago.

I uninstalled/installed the Wikitude browser but no success.

Hi Dimitrios,

Can you please send us the new graphic and the credentials (if possible) to log onto our system, so we can check what causes the issue?
