Any idea to group overlap POIs ?

Hello , i have a question about how to programming

 

First. Let's see this below pic. You will see many POIs is overlap together (each POIs get geo-point from google place)



 


And this is question. How can i group them together for avoid overlap issue?

such as like this



 

It is not necessary to make out look like that but i just want to see if any idea to avoid this problem
