License and key error

Hello I sent an email to support regarding an error that I get after purchasing a license:
"The license key provided does not match the app id"

I still haven't received any response.

I sent the first email on Feb 24, then a follow-up on Mar 6 and again today (Mar 14).

We cannot start our project, because the license problem blocks all the features.

Can someone check what's going on?
