Alpha video not working

Hi, I am trying to play an alpha video and we have done what the tutorial mentioned, but somehow our video doesn't work. https://www.wikitude.com/external/doc/documentation/latest/android/video.html#transparentvideo

We have set the videos to be alpha and place Wikitude's demo video which works.

Hi,


Could you pleaes provide further details on your issue:


  • Which version of the SDK are you using?
  • Are you working with the JS API or the Native API?
  • Are you using any of our Extensions (Cordova, Xamarin, Unity)? If yes, which version are you using?
  • What device does this happen with (model details and OS version)?
  • Is this happening with the sample app or in your own app? If it happens with your own app, does the sample app work on your device?
