Is the Surface Go 2 with Windows 10 S supported?

Hello,

For a project we need a low cost Windows Tablet, so we can use a special external camera with it. We already did a quick sample project with image tracking and used the desired external camera from within the Unity Editor and it worked, like a charm ;)

We are thinking of deploying on a Surface Go 2, but we don't have one at had to test at the moment. So here is the actual question:

- Does Wikitude support the Surface Go 2 with Windows still in S mode
- Is the lower end Intel Pentium Gold 4425Y good enough for stable tracking, given that the actual Unity App will be very resource friendly

We have not tested with this device, unfortunately, so we cannot make any guarantees as to whether this will work or not.


- Does Wikitude support the Surface Go 2 with Windows still in S mode

S mode shouldn't be an issue, as you should be able to create an UWP app that can be uploaded to the store.


- Is the lower end Intel Pentium Gold 4425Y good enough for stable tracking, given that the actual Unity App will be very resource friendly

This is a concern as well. It will likely perform well enough for single image tracking, but I would not recommend it for object tracking.
