object tracker thumbnails not appearing

I have a simple project, with one object trackable. The setting of the wto is correct, but the thumbnail is not showing in the object trackable. It appears empty.

  • Which version of the SDK are you using?
  • Are you using the JS API?
  • Are you using any of our Extensions (Titanium, Cordova, Xamarin, Unity)? If yes, which version are you using?
