Unity 2019.3 support

Hello,

When do you plan to support Unity 2019.3 ?

Actually, there is an error at launch, resulting in a black screen :

```
```

And we would need this support to "easily" integrate the Unity app in a native Android and iOS app (https://blogs.unity3d.com/2019/06/17/add-features-powered-by-unity-to-native-mobile-apps/)

Thank you!

Jon.

1 person has this problem

Hi,

We're aware of the issues and we're working on addressing them as soon as possible, as well as making sure that our SDK is compatible with the new "Unity as a library" workflow. We'll let you know as soon as we have any news.

Best regards,

Alexandru

Hi,

This issue should be fixed in the new 8.10 release. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Alexandru

Thank you for the reactivity.

Didn't tested it yet.

I keep you informed when it is done.

Hi Alexandru,

I've been able to test the new SDK with Unity 2019.3.0f3.

I tried the new 8.10 SDK in a new 2019.3 project. The only thing I had to do to make work the Instant Tracker Simple sample was to change the bundle id of the project to 'com.wikitude.unityexample'.

So it is working.

Now we have to contact sales to update our license key, if it's possibble.

Thank you,

Jon Lucas.

Any news regarding this fix?

Is there a patch to fix older once-off license purchases?

Thanks

Hi,

2019.3 has been supported for a while. If you're stuck on an older version of the SDK, please contact our sales department with this information to see what upgrade options are available.

Best regards,

Alexandru
