Hi,
We've created an internal support ticket so our team can have a look at it. They will answer the ticket directly once they have any feedback.
A general note on model: it seems to do some heavy animations, as it takes very long to load even in the .fbx viewer. I was able to open the file with the Wikitude 3D encoder but there were some textures and elements missing. So just from the loading time and filesize perspective, I would recommend to change the 3D model and make it smaller.
As soon as we have feedback we'll let you know.

Hi,
I have an FBX file that i am trying to upload on the Encoder, but for some reason it begins to load and then stops and displays the following message (see attached image) and the closes.
Any ideas on what i can do?
