Hi,
Are you working with the Ionic Plugin that is in our third party tool download section? If this is the case please keep in mind that these tools and libraries are not maintained by Wikitude but third parties.
If you work without the Plugin, please be aware that the SDK is not officially supporting Ionic and and we can't provide any detailed support for it.
We recommend to use our Cordova Plugin instead, if possible.
