Problem when viewing animation with the wikitude app

Hi.

I have an animation made in Blender and exported to fbx. When I upload it to the wikitude studio and try to see the animation with the wikitude app. Nothing happens.

The fbx file exported to wt3 looks good on the wikitude 3d encoder. It also looks good in FBX review.

I do not know what the problem is that it does not allow to visualize with the wikitude app.

Greetings.

Hi,

The Wikitude Studio Editor does currently not support animated 3D models as augmentations. Only static .wt3 files. If you wish to work with animated 3D models, you'd need work with the SDK directly and implement the AR experience. The best way to start is to check out the sample app which comes with the SDK download package together with the respective documentation section.

The sample app includes one sample that shows how to work with animated 3D models.

Greetings

Nicola
