Failed to extract Android SDK Platform version from string 'Q' Error & Android Environment Setup Error

I have created a simple image target that I am attempting to upload to my android device (Pixel); however, every time I have been faced with an error that reads: "Failed to extract Android SDK Platform version from string 'Q',

Input string was not in a correct format.

UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)."

Furthermore, I am also receiving errors regarding the "Android Environment Setup." I have sucessfully enabled USB debugging on my device, as well as installed the Android Build Support and the Android SDK & NDK tools.

I've been attempting to work on these problems for several days, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Are you using an alpha / beta version of Unity? I've noticed this error reported for the alpha versions of Unity 2019.2. As such, I wouldn't recommend using these versions, but rather picking a stable version of Unity such as 2017.4 LTS, 2018.3, or 2019.1.

Best regards,

Alexandru
