Wikitude cameras do not track CloudTracker ( Unity3D )

Hi,

We are going to use the Wikitrade cloud service.


In the process of transitioning from image recognition to the cloud 


I'm having trouble switching from image awareness to the cloud.


When you look at the sample, the camera tracks the CloudTracker object well.


However, cloud recognition is very good and objects related to images also pop up, but cameras can not track.


I changed the position value just like the sample and I tried the same thing in the inspector window.


It does not seem to be a problem with id or license. Because the cloud image object comes out well.


I have a headache because of this problem. help me please.


The current version is using 2017.2.3f1.

Can you please clarify the following - it's not clear what the exact problem is:

You mention that the 'camera tracks the CloudTracker' but the 'Cameras can not track'. What are you referring to when you say the 'cameras' can not track.


Please include supporting material (e.g. video that shows the behaviour) if it helps explaining the issue.
