I am trying to save my CameraView (with a 3D element over my ImageTracker) as a picture in Unity. How can I save my CameraView with the 3D Element in it?

but I couldn't make it work.
Have you tried using the CaptureScreenshot functionality available in Unity?
I didn't want to capture my UI, so I found a solution working with Graphics.Blit
