I have an AR project based on image recognition; it needs to show an animated GIF. This works fine on iOS devices and several Androids, but not on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. The Samsung just shows the first frame (with a black background instead of transparent). Other media types (e.g. MP4 movies) show fine.
It's a Galaxy Tab S (model SM-T800) running on Android 6.0.1. It's a Xamarin app with version 7.2.1 of the Wikitude SDK component obtained from NuGet.
I've attached two 'screenshots' and the GIF itself.
