Wikitude 3D encoder not importing .fbx file

HI, i have read documentation that i need   " wt3 "  extension 3D models for wikitude,  So when I use Wikitude 3D encoder and import .fbx extension model it crashes each time, I have checked this on two laptops, is there another way ?

We'll look into the crash - I'm sending you the .fbx file of our sportscar from the sample app. Plase check if this also crashes.

your .fbs file not supported in 3D encoder, Again crashed.
