Content not loading on IPv6 network lacking IPv4 fallback

Greetings,
We're currently supporting a project that is using v7.2.1 of the iOS javascript SDK. However, Apple has rejected our submissions a few times now based on a lack of IPv6 functionality.
We're actually able to replicate the connectivity issues when we remove any and all IPv4 fall backs from a test connection, forcing a pure IPv6 network connection.
Has anyone else run across this issue? We simply cannot continue to be rejected on this matter.
It would seem as though the SDK only works when using an IPv6 connection with an IPv4 fall back.
