Upload error: Unexpected error - Adding Object Target

Hi,

I keep getting an error while trying to upload an object target.

The video uploads successfully as you can see in the pictures, but then once I click 'Create target', I get an error.

I've tried this on a laptop and a desktop computer, but still the same situation.

I've also tried different video files, ranging from 10 seconds long to 28 seconds long.

Hi Ben Robinson,

We are aware that currently there is only a general error message. We are working on adding different errors to help resolve the issue.

The most likely issue is that not enough data could be extracted from the video.
