build a Geo Based AR Apps where one object (A) can shoot an arrow to object B (which is near by)

Hello Technical Team,

We are trying to build a Geo Based AR Apps where one object (A) can shoot an arrow to object B (which is near by).

is that possible using your SDK/APK/API and does it support for Xamarin iOS and Android?

and what is the cost. any response will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Nash

Hi Nash,

Although this sounds like a very cool use case, I would not recommend against it. It would be possible to achieve something like that using our SDK, but it would demand a lot of customization from your side. You would need to provide the locations of the two objects and then calculate the distance and the range within they can shoot each other and define other geo location points.

Thanks

Eva

Thanks Eva for response.

Yes i understand we need to do customization from our end which is fine.

Can we rotate the object (360 degree) and can we move/make it walk the object ?

How much the SDK cost? do you have any sample iOS App which we can look into.

Nash

Hello Nash,

We have the "rotate.global" attribute of a Drawable. Setting "rotatesToCamera" to false and setting the rotate.global attribute accordingly should be able to allow you to place the model and make it face to the direction you wish to.

We do not offer a 'ready-to-use' sample, but you can download all our samples from the Download page, build them and test them. For pricing details please refer here https://www.wikitude.com/store/.

Thanks

Eva
