Uploading image target problem

Hi, I would like to upload an mp4 file as object target, but the video process won't never finish, or the processing breaks and nothing will happened. What can be the problem? The video is small, 7 MB.

it could be that the video you are trying to upload is not well recorded and therefore, the map cannot be created. Do you mind sharing your video with us here?
