Hello, we've published our app in the app and play stores and it works great. Recently we've had a big black friday event where we've had more than 20.000 installations (iOS + Android combined). It was a sucess but in this same event we got feedback from our users saying that the app didn't work in the ZenFone, Moto X, Moto G and MotoZ devices. Is there a known issue with these devices or something we can do to try and understand what is happening? We're using the Cordova Plugin for the sdv vs 6. Regards:
