I am not aware of a way to automatically split up the aar into the 3 architectures in gradle.
What you could try is to remove the native libraries from the aar file and to put them into your app's jniLibs folder.
You should then be able to split your app as mentioned in this stackoverflow post.

Hi, we use javascript Android library, our apk weighs too much now, and we would like to separate the library to different cpu architectures. Is there a way to do it automatically from gradle build script (may be in library there were considered some architecture configurations)
