Hello Bayan,
Could you please check the console log and report what error you are receiving? Could you also make sure that you are using the correct license key that was set for your specific app id?

Hello
i got a silly but frustrating problem
i short, my student license key wont work
I made sure to:
- sign in from the same email i applied to license from
- paste the key on Wikitude camera
- package in player settings (App ID) has the same name i fill upon applying
- clean the app before building
i am using unity plugin and the trail key works fine ( i got trail watermark)
what am i missing?
