We have recently moved from using client recognition on SDK 5.3 (Android JS API & iOS JS API) to using cloud recognition on SDK 7.0. The thing we're noticing most is that with the client recognition, it was easier for users to basically just point the app at the image (without moving around) and the image would get recognized, whereas with the cloud recognition it almost seems as if you have to move the camera in and out of the image for it to be recognized at all. Is there some official "recognition technique" for cloud recognition? Has there been changes in the way the images are recognized? It's posing somewhat of an issue for us because a lot of users will point the app at the image and not move around at all, which will not recognize the image.
Thanks for any help!
