I can't see anything wrong with the encoded .wt3 file. Please find it attached here. If you still have issues, please let us know exactly where the problem is (e.g. send screenshots of the broken parts).
The new fbx you sent does show the wrong tail also in my encoder - but as you mentioned the first looks good in my Encoder. I have the same version - 1.7 - 2017-03-28 Mac OS. So it seems that we're using the same version and the first .fbx file should work fine. Can you check the differences in those 2 .fbx files?

Need help.
Import fbx into 3d encoder, the parts of body are broken.
Try to adjust in 3dmax, then import, but still wrong. Cant figure out.
