Android Instant Tracking do nothing

Hi,

I'm trying the demo app on my Samsung J7 but Instant Tracking doesn't show any rectangle on the screen.


I've also copy-pasted the sample code of Instant Tracking on my app, because it will need for my purpose but nothing happen. The trial license is in.


Android Monitor show debug for Rectangle Matrix and all of its points are 0. 

What can i do?

Thanks, you're right, the Phone missing those sensors.

I'm currently trying with a LG G3 and seems to work properly.

Hello Gianluca,

The phone you are using to test Instant Tracking is missing a compass, which is essential for Instant Tracking to work. You can have a look here for a list of the requirements a device should have for specific features to work.
