Hello Wilson,
Unfortunately that is not that much information for us to investigate the issue. Could you please tell me which SDK (version, platform, plugins) you are using and in which devices this happens? Could you also send me a video demonstrating this issue and an AR experience (.html, .css, .js files, assets, target images) that contains the minimum files required to reproduce the issue, so we can test internally?

Sometimes, randomly a 3D object will render in the middle of the screen in the shape of an egg. Any ideas why this happens?
