Can't seem to get a video overlay to work

Hello Terry,
Did you try to create an overlay video with transparency as described here? In addition, if you are using our new Studio there was an issue with transparent videos but this has been resolved since last Friday.

I can get YouTube and Vimeo, but I can't get an overlay to work. I tried with my video from dropbox, and then from onedrive...neither one worked.
