Unfortunately there is no official support for the device Recon Jet Pro, nor we plan to support it in the future, so there is not much we can do here to help you. I hope you understand.

I have an app that just does Points of Interest and it works on most devices, but when I try running it on Recon Jet Pro the points appear on the ceiling (rather than eye-level). It appears that the gyroscope axis are switched.
I'm wondering if it's possible to rotate the world or something?
Manually moving the markers is not a solution since my app updates the distance as the user walks close to a POI.
