I have encoded a 3D model using the encoder, however shadows appear to be white. Attached is the .wt3 file. Can you please help?
It seems that the oversaturated colours (white) comes from the ambient light term. Thus, either the ambient color, the ambient factor or the ambient light source colour multiply to a value > 1.0, or are not set properly at all.
We know that the FBX exporter of Blender does not set the ambient color of the scene. You may want to have a look at the documentation which describes a workaround: http://www.wikitude.com/external/doc/documentation/latest/studio/assetsworkflow.html#lighting
