Unstable 3D objects

Hi,

we're developing an AR app based on wikitude SDK. It was working very well but for the past 2 days I'm experiencing an issue with the 3D objects in my app. Basically they are unstable and move left to right continuously.


I reproduce the same behavior when using the wikitude native app. Here is how it looks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exf2EKw80qw


I'm using an iPhone 6, and iOS 10.2

I don't reproduce this issue on Android


Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi Amy,

Did you test it outside already? The Gyro,Compass might have some issues inside buildings (disturbances from the building structure). Did you calibrate your device?
