Obtain data from banner

Hello! I need to do program that will analyze data on the banner. Take text, take image, take all (divide in the parts) and to find in Ethernet. After had found, he should to write on the display that what. I never tried to write program for Android(Xamarin). Please, help me. How are you thought, where to start? Are you may give me some guide? Thanks!
