3d model touch events java

Hi guys,   

        I want to develope an android app of augmented reality, is wikitude able to apply touch evetn then move 3d object using purely java? or I have to use unity in which I do not have any experienced? In this scenario can I use wikitude?

For the specific use case you sent over Unity would be your best fit. You can download WIkitude Unity for free and give it a try to see how difficult it could be for you, since you have no experience.
