Issue while Rendering model on real object

Can you please tell me which sample did you try with? Also, could you please provide me with further details regarding your use case and if it is possible, send over the whole AR experience (.html, .css, .js files, assets, target images) so we can test internally?

Sdk i m using is WikitudeSDK_vuzix_4_0_3

Device is Vuzix M100 version 2.4.3

Yes i m using JS Api

and no extensions

3d model is made in blender and is of the size wt3 file is 1MB

- Which version of the SDK are you using? 

- Are you using the JS API?

- Are you using any of our Extensions (Titanium, Cordova, Xamarin, Unity)? If yes, which version are you using?

- what device does this happen with (os Version and model)?

 

Can you also provide some information regarding the 3D model you are using, especially in terms of size?

Hi,

I am facing problem in rendering my 3d model on actual object it is getting rendered fine on image but when i track actual object model doesn't show up Sometimes it comes late and sometimes never gets rendered .Can u pls help with this?
