Problem with Wikitude 3D Encode

I'm posting a second thread on an other problem I faced in my wikitude discovery.

I've downloaded Wikitude 3D Encoder to convert .fbx into .wt3

But every .fbx model i download on the internet fails to load into the converter so I can't export it as .wt3

I've test ~10/20 .fbx files, everytime the same issue. I also uninstalled an re-installed the Encoder 3 times

Here is attached a screenshot of the error i get, and the folder where my .fbx is located.

 

 

 

Here is one that didn't worked on my laptop but worked on my tutor's laptop, nonetheless the textures failed on his so its actually black
