Audio in video not playing for IOS device

Good day

My triggers work perfectly on Android and the videos play without a hitch, but on IOS the videos play but there is not sound from the videos.

We just demoed the AR experience and one of the audience downloaded Wikitude for Apple IPhone and they scanned successfully, but the video did not have audio when any audio as it played.

Is this a settings issue? Or is it a device problem that they can resolve themselves?
