I just started using wikitude sdk 5 from a previous sdk4. I have issues with the free license key  and when I try to generate a new license it keeps taking me to the old licnese to download. Please can you help so I can finally get to test after a long time to get the app here. Thanks

Hi Olu,

The SDK license key for SDK 4 is not valid for SDK 5. Can you please send all the details ordernumber, bundle id/package name,.. to sales wikitude.com so we can check internally.

Thanks for replying. I am using a free trial key, I did not get an order number. Is there a way this can be fixed?

Hi,

If you work with the free Trial, you can regenerate the key via your license page.
