Project not displaying videos

I have greated a project and linked videos to targets, but the videos do not play. I saw on a post that the videos need to be H.264 encoded and I did that but still nothing.

Please help. This is extremely urgent.

Hi Richard,

Can you please provide further details:

- Which version of the SDK are you using?
- Are you working with the JS API or the Native API?
- Are you using any of our Extensions (Titanium, Cordova, Xamarin, Unity)? If yes, which version are you using

- Are you working with Wikitude Studio?

- what device does this happen with
- is this happening with the sample app or in your own app? If it happens with your own app, does the sample app work on your device.

Hi Nicola

Thank you for the speedy response.

I am working with Wikitude Studio on the web browser.

The problem happens on a Samsum Galaxy S6 Plus.

It happens on happens native app and on the developer test app as well.

Hi,

Are you using the latest version?

Are you working with the JS API?

As you're referring to the 'developer test app' - are you referering to the sample app that is included in the SDK package?

Please send the shorturl to the Studio project (under the 'Wikitude Hosting' Export panel).

Pleae provide exact steps to reproduce this issue.
