phonegap link

Hello Guys, please i'm stuck in this step, can anyone tell me how can i link an ARView  to a Phonegap one, i've done some researches but i couldn't find a documentation enough clear. All i find is that they are isolated and there is OnURLInvoked and ARchitectsdk:// but no idea how to use them to get out of this problem.
