quick question: is possible to use a image with transparencies as target?

Yes it is possible to use images with transparencies with our sdk.

And it is also possible to use trasparent image as marker?

It is not recommended using a transparent image as your target as this could influence the quality of the tracking and recognition of your target image in the scene. 

If your goal is to mask out some areas in your target that image that should not be considered for recognition you could instead make them either completely white or black.
