I understand the delay for the forum answers. The team has a lot work to do.
But i think there should be a shortcut for client answers.
I already drop 2 question on the forum that are still waiting for answer.

As for your license problems, I would need to know the details of the license type you have purchased (Lite, Pro,...) and the bundle identifier (iOS) and/or package name(Android) of your app so we can check the delivered license key.
