Problem with wikitude file

hi 

 

i have a problem with a wikitude file. i saved it as fbx, imported it in the encoder and checked the file on the web interface. everything is fine! Now the programmer tells me, he can´t see anything. Even nothing on the webinterface? Could you check my file what´s wrong there? I´d sent it via email.
