if use wikitude plugin so its necessary to include wikitude js path in index.html file.???

hi, 

i have resolved the issue. i am at the final stage of developing application. but kindly resolve the following issues:

1 . how to connect my app with wikitude hosting.

2. if not possible, how to connect to our own hosting. will there be any specific method to be used for wikitude sdk

3. will you provide support or guideline to manage the augmented or target files?

Note: i have used wikitude cordova plugin.
