If your PDF does really contain a 3D model (and not just an image of it), you need some tool for extracting the geometry and transforming it into 3D file format. I personally don't know which tool can do that, but I'm sure a Google search will bring something up. With this format you can go by loading it into the 3D modeling tool of your choice, exporting it to fbx and further convert it with Wikitude3dEncoder to wt3.

I have a 3D PDF with animations. How do I get that into Wikitude? Autodesk FBX converter does not import 3dpdf.
