Nevermind, I've managed to solve it resetting the model in 3ds max and re-exporting to .fbx. Now it rotates ok.
Sorry for the inconveniences.

A box I´ve created and animated in 3d studio doesn´t rotate as expected on the 3d encoder.
The animation consist on a model of a box of candies that opens. In the encoder, the first and final frames of the animation are ok, but the frames between those the rotation is weird and in other directions than expected.
Is there any way to export an .fbx and keep the rotations as in the original file? I´ve tried to export to .fbx from maya too, but unsuccessful.
I can attach the file if is better for explaining.
