Wikitude 3D encoder installation error

hello,

I wanted to add 3d contents to my app, but the 3Dencoder seems to have issues with installation.

when i click on the Setup.exe I get "Unable to locate application file 'Wikitude3dEncoder.msi'."

and when i click on the .msi file it says that it is not compatible with my version on windows (windows7 X64) and suggests me to check if the software version i downloaded (x64 or x86 ) is the right one. On the wikitude website there is only one version of the software.

what can i do?

Try to remove the exe postfix from Wikitude3dEncoder.msi.exe. Then the setup.exe should be able to find and install the msi file.
