Wikitude

World in Windows Phone & Iphone 4

Hi,

our World-App is in Wikitude published. It will be found on IOS 5+ and Android (?), but cannot find it in Windows Phone and Iphone 4 Wikitude App.

Do they have another database/service? How can we find & test the app also in Wikitude-App?

Hello,

It depends on the type of your world. Did you publish the world using KML or ARML, or did you use the JavaScript interface?

JavaScript worlds are only supported on recent Android and iOS versions.

Hi,

I published the world using Javascript Interface. Can we say that it is not supported on Iphone 4? I just tested it on Iphone 4S and it works on that.

Wikitude requires iOS 7 for the latest versions to run (which are required to run JavaScript worlds), please check here, so please make sure that you


update the OS to a Wikitude-supported version

Update Wikitude on your device to the latest version


Your world should show up then.
