Targets API Question

Hi,

We've just purchased Targets API 100 and faced the following problem. Our company uses custom CMS, similar to Wikitude Studio, where administrator can create targets and add overlays to them. The problems is we have to generate new .wtc file everytime we create a new target. Obviously one image is sent with the first request, two with the second, three with the third and so on in arithmetical progression. So here is the question: is there a possibility to add new targets to earlier create wtc file? If no, maybe there is another way to solve this problem?

Besides, I wonder if it is possible to use your script, which converts images to wtc file, without paying for Cloud Targets? Maybe for some extra fee? I mean we don't need to store wtc files on your servers, we intend to store them on ours.
